The separator is the one of the key equipment in The Tubular type falling film evaporator.
In the design of separating chamber, twice steam and separating the solution is thought fully. This can effectively remove the foam on the liquid surface to make steam out of the liquid surface. The material-carrying volume can be reduced as less as possible. The solid crystal is separated out of the high thickness solution in the separating chamber in high thickness condition and avoid that the crystal is separated out in the heating tube and avoid forming curdle in the inside wall of the tube and effecting the heat efficiency.
