| Acid impurities in steel fluid can cause final steel products surface defects, which needs to be improved as driving by market. Before, two-step refining method, i.e. vacuum casting method (for example, RH and DH method), is generally used to reduce impurities. For high Sol [ Al] steel and steels C content higher than 0.05 %, RH and DH method can meet general requirements; however, for low Sol [ Al] steel and steels C content lower than 0.05 %, the afore-said two methods are not ideal and PRA needs to be used
